Business Policies
Service Agreement
- All services will be provided under a written contract that includes details such as services rendered, package pricing, payment terms, and scheduling. Clients are encouraged to review the agreement thoroughly.
Payment Terms
- Full payment is due prior to delivery of final images. Accepted payment methods include Paypal, venmo, credit/debit, or cash.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hour in advance. Deposits are non-refundable, but we will apply them to a future session if proper notice is given.
Image Delivery
- Clients can expect to receive their edited images within 24-36 hours after the session. All final images will be delivered via online gallery. Your Way Photography strongly encourages immediate download as there is no guarantee the online gallery will be maintained after 2 weeks
Copyright and Usage Rights
- All images taken by Your Way Photography are the property of Your Way Photography and are protected by copyright laws. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the images for personal use. Commercial use requires prior permission.
Client Privacy
- Your Way Photography respects your privacy. We will not share or sell your personal information to third parties without your consent. Client information will be treated with confidentiality.
Safety and Conduct
- Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and courteously during sessions. Your Way Photography reserves the right to terminate services if any harassment or unsafe behavior is exhibited.
Liability
- Your Way Photography is not liable for any injuries or damages that occur during photography sessions. Clients participate at their own risk.
Changes to Policies
- Your Way Photography reserves the right to update these policies as necessary. Clients will be informed of changes via website update.
